We spent a day on Kapiti Island 1-2 Nov 2010 during our 1 month holiday in NZ ....

and it was the most memorable experience on the tour! The weather was fantastic and we saw and heard many special birds. The stay at the lodge was fantastic. Relaxed atmosphere, great people, lovely food (thanks Lindsey!) and an exiting and very succesful Kiwi spotting tour in the evening - thanks Janine!!
