There are times when all businesses have guests which stay who come to enjoy themselves at the expense of others. This group (see the 4 responses below- all the same group) when asked if we could talk to the person who had made the booking, which we do when there is a group all drinking and partying, refused. Not only did they refuse but carried on for some time and only settled when told that security would be called to remove them. Beachaven is under new management and extensive renovation. You will be delighted with the Reception you receive from the team - Jasamine and Nick - check it out. Feedback since this experience in February has consistently been rated excellent for service.
