The water has a turquoise shining blue that is amazing.

We could see the mountain with snow on the top and the walk was easy and well maintained.
Very nice walk in wetlands.

Franz Josef Glacier Walk
Impressive walk and glacier to go see before it diminishes and disappears as it reduces by 100m every year.
The walk is easy to allow you to get so close. Allow two hours for normal walkers.

Mitai Maori Village
Indispensable to discover and understand the Maori culture, even if is now becoming a business.
Show was very realistic and nice to see. We recommend going in low season when less people are there. Great typical Maori dinner and walk through the forest and glowworms.
