I feel that I need to mention this company so as to warn fellow travellers about them.

We booked car hire using this company for our holiday in Paihia in February. However, on arriving we soon realised that we didn't need the car and so cancelled. I did this via a phone call and email.

On arriving back in the U.K a few weeks later, I realised that the company had not only taken from my account my deposit (which I was expecting), but also the full rental of the car. After challenging this I was told that it was in the small print. I was not informed of this when I cancelled, otherwise I would have of course continued with the rental and used the car!

They are a very sneaky, devious, money-grabbing company - avoid at all costs and don't give them your bank details!!
