We weren't disappointed. Before we even got to NZ we had travel plan problems due to the conflict in the ME. Kiaora came straight back and offered to hold over our booking for a year. Fortunately we didn't need to take them up on their offer and we arrived in Christchurch as planned. We were met at the airport and taken to the depot where we had a comprehensive and friendly run down on camper van operation including the provision of maps and apps. Handover was smooth with no up selling. The Nomad van we hired was in excellent condition. It was apple car play compatible which made navigation easy and we had a thoroughly enjoyable 16 days on the South Island. Return was seamless with no wait at all for a lift to the airport terminal.
