I loved this wonderful camp and left feeling like the hosts were friends.

Bert & Matt are a lovely friendly couple who care about their guests and are happy to stop for a yarn. This added to the wonderful relaxed vibe of the place.

They keep the well equipped kitchen & bathrooms super clean. Everything is well run & organised.

The park itself is cool farmland with an eel creek through it.

So much to do in the area. The farm hike is a great vertical challenge and lots of people did it fast or slow…Moi! 😅

I had a great cycle from there one day and enjoyed the area to Maori Pa beach.

Endless views, lovely turq waters, cool smooth rock beach for rockhounds. A Sauna at Pippen Island…at other end of the beach open weekends.

I'm looking forward to my return visit. 😁A+
