I think this place is closed down (the bar, restaurant and rooms).
Went by yesterday, lights on and apparently they are still open in some way: we asked to park there for the night and we stayed for free! Thanks!! (40$ if you want to use bathroom/kitchen)

Beautiful park area. Only 2-3 spots.
Didnt use the toilet.
