Avoid JUCY at all costs!

I have been a victim of a disgusting predatory practice. Simply because I adjusted my pick-up time from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM on the SAME DAY during their online check-in, JUCY unilaterally decided to void my booking rate and apply their walk-in rate. The result? An unjustified overcharge of 1,486.40 NZD.

They hide behind 'terms and conditions' to double the price of a contract without any clear warning. Picking up a car LATER than planned doesn't cost them a cent, yet they use it as an excuse to rob customers. To top it off, they are charging me 'administrative fees' for toll roads I had already paid for myself. Absolute scammers. Do not give them your credit card details; they will help themselves to your money without hesitation.
