I would definitely not stay here again.

We’ve been travelling for three weeks, and this has been our worst experience. We specifically needed a place with laundry facilities—yes, they have them, but we arrived just before 6 p.m. only to find that the laundry room closes at 6.

I went to the office to ask about it. On top of that, you’re only given 250 MB of Wi‑Fi before you have to pay, which was never mentioned on their website—annoying, but fine. When I asked the woman at the desk if the laundry could be kept open a little later, she referred me to “the man.”

When I asked him if he could leave it open since that’s the whole reason we booked this place—and since the early closing time isn’t listed on their website—his response was, “Did you book the campsite?” I said yes, and he replied that the information would have been in the confirmation email. I explained that by the time I received that email, the booking was already made, so it really should be on the website. He just shrugged.

Every time I tried to politely explain that it should be on their website so people know BEFORE they book, he cut me off with a dismissive “ok.” I have never encountered such rudeness from someone trying to run a business .

Oh, and the pool.. No water!
