Not sure if this is open or closed, doesn't say anything on the DOC website about being closed though.
Crossing to the toilets is prohibited but you could stay by the road before the river crossing, if you really wanted to.

One Tree Point
Parking lot overnight camping.
Everything else around was full, so I was glad to find this one empty. It was fine for the night, not much noise from around.

Everything was good, just since it was after rain, there was quite a lot of water creating large puddles.
There are toilets, showers, facility for washing your dishes.
