I usually find customer service in here a bit hit and miss but this morning took the cake, the manager and one of the long term female staff took rudeness to a new level.

As someone with a brain injury I sometimes get a bit muddled but rarely get reduced to tears.

Needless to say I won't be using their petrol station again, and my husband and I frequently go here as we have Z cards, I will go out of my way to spend my money elsewhere, do better Z Andy bay
