I only wish my husband had paid more attention to the bad reviews befor we rented our van.

To start off we were given an old reject of a van. They insisted it was better then the one we had reserved and had better equipment. I hesitated but my husband didnt and so we took it. First problem we had was how to fill the water. No instruction was given to us when we picked it up. So we had to go for two days without water and no toilet. When we called for help they couldnt figure out the problem and pretty much left it up to us. The toilet was dirty from the start. Then the oil light started to go on all the time. We finally put more oil in even though it was not low. We ended up purchasing 3 bottles of oil for a two week trip. Then the back tail light went out. Everytime we turned a beeper went on. So we had to spend time replacing the light and finding someone to put it in for us. Then the airbag light started going on all the time, never figured that one out. All this time with all these problems everytime we called for help they kept telling us to call for road assistance. We were on our vacation and had plans and schedules to keep, we were not about to wait a day for any road assistance to find us. This business knows nothing about customer service, I cant believe they are still in business. I wouldnt ever recommend to any one I dont care how cheep they are that is just a sign of what youll get. Never again, keep clear and pay attention to the reviews.
