Upon booking the welcome wasn't warm, the person booking was rude and was tempted to walk out then.

When we came for our booking later that night we found a ring of grime around the top of the tub so clearly hadn't been cleaned properly after the last session. And they defo do not look after locals with no local discounts offered whatsoever. This is my third visit since New owners and have to say the previous owners were much more friendly and accommodating.
