Quick, reliable, great customer service.
They could do with more services though - I waited about 20 minutes outside Auckland airport in the heat. Visitors from larger overseas cities don't have that kind of patience!
Hi Kelly, appreciate your feedback. We have increased our van numbers at Auckland airport and are confident that with our current scheduling processes, such gaps in our cover will be minimised.
