I would definitely recommend NZ Snow tours and will definitely hit them up for my next NZ snowboarding trip.

I loved the personalised approach that a small tour group bought and the fact that Ange and Simon didn't dictate that you have to go to x, y, z. Instead they do the research, tell us what each mountain is like, what the snow conditions are, make recommendations and let us make the decision. Ange and Simon are also great to board with :D. The day break in between to rest, check out Queenstown and go to the hot tub was a big plus. Would have been good if there was more snow off piste but some things just can't be helped!
