Lovely free campsite, just pull in and park up.

Suitable for both self contained vehicles (campers/caravans), and tents.

Seperate wāhine and tāne toilets and changing rooms. Two free to use hot showers are also available. There is not a supply of potable water onsite, so bring your own or boil before use.

Can get busy at times, but plenty of space to spread out.

The odd instance of ASB of an evening/night, mainly in the form of loud vehicle stereos.

The lake is alive with bird life, so do pack your binoculars to appreciate it all.
