Uninspiring "holiday park".

Location is good in the center of Masterton near activities, but doesn't have much else going for it. Kitchen facilities are tidy, bathroom facilities are old, dirty and only cleaned once a day, resulting in them being untidy by the evening.

Half the park appears to be taken up by full time living sites/units - did not feel like a "holiday park" with the tranquil pictures depicted.

Powered sites are level with water + power available. Dump site was difficult to access with caravan.

We left our stay 1 night early as we were disappointed with facilities.
