Pros :

- Lot of space, near to the lake (nice view)

- Quiet

- Good cell reception

Cons :

- Access by a bumpy gravel road of 2 kilometers

- Only 2 toilets (no flush) for ~50 people, smelly

- A LOT of flies and bugs
