Very convenient location, fairly large car park.
Be prepared for bugs!!! As soon as the sun went down we got ambushed.

Beautiful area to camp near the beach/inlet.
Only a small area to fit campers in with a short walk to the toilets.
Fairly sheltered from the wind.

Best value for money anywhere in NZ.
Laurell was very welcoming and kind, great hot shower & toilet.
Also about 50m from the beach. Can’t go wrong here.

Pukekura Lodge
Lovely little place to stay, great value for money and welcoming too.
Facilities were more than we expected and all set out in an environmentally friendly fashion.
Would recommend!
