Great service and clean facilities. New toilets and showers, and probably the best/cleanest shower I had in NZ 😊
Nice campground, fairly priced. Tidy and clean bathrooms and kitchen. WIFI has extra costs of 5$ per 1 GB.
Spots are spacious and mostly quit, if you‘re not too close to the road.
This is a very nice, quite camping, with very clean facillities and the staff was very kind.
Fantastic staff, really friendly and helpful! The facilities are also very good, with hot showers and plenty of space between people. Will be recommending and coming back
Great place to stay, friendly, accommodating staff. Called ahead as going to arrive late - Mary Jane said no problem. Ended up staying 2 nights as was such a relaxing place to chill. Easy walk to town. Watched rugby World Cup at local pub. Make sure you try the pies at the bakery and you can get a great meal at Carnegie’s all within walking distance. Good tracks for walking and bike riding. Laundry and good kitchen facilities. Value for money

Great last minute late stop here. Wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Kitchen is large and we were there in September so very happy for the wood burning stove. Washrooms clean and new, and a heated bathroom thank goodness! The lady had a wifi voucher that the previous camper dis not use so gave it to us for free. Great spot.
Good showers and nice stop between tekapo!
$55 for 1 night powered site two adults 1 child
Ok standard park, but old and worn down.
Pretty basic but good! clean facilities, free use of kitchen utensils, nice grounds, hot showers etc. almost exactly halfway between Wanaka and Christchurch, good stop to break up the trip. ~$45 for a powered site/night. We stayed here twice because it was good :)
Tash & Laura
Nice new shower block and not too far from lake tekapo. Kitchen was good but was busy when we stayed. Slightly confusing spaces but enough room. Good place to stop off on a longer journey.

Lovely site with great facilities. Small town only minutes walk away. Friendly staff. Great barbecue.
Very nice and clean campsite. Equiped kitchen, showers-all you need. Nice and helpful staff. Recomend!
Super friendly & helpful lady at reception. VG site with all amenities in good, clean condition. Good shade but a long wait in the am if you need the sun to dry out. Easy walk into village for supplies. Small & not too busy (mid Feb.). Happily visit again.
Lovely campsite on our way up the island. Lots of shaded areas, hot showers, good kitchen area. The WiFi is expensive, and due to a communication fault we had to move our tent after setting up, but no worries. It’s a well priced campsite - 15 dollars each for non powered site.
Great campsite with powered site facilities and clean showers with hot water. The campsite also has a well equipped kitchen, but it gets a bit busy during dinner time. There are also laundry facilities and a small play area for kids. Lovely medium sized campsite. We stayed here in a campervan but it has cabins too. We never had to wait in a queue to use the showers. Reasonable price of 38 dollars for two people in a camper van in the powered site.
Good clean campsite, everthing What you need .
Not to big. Short distance into town.
Big play Park for Kids
Sadly only a few picknik table
None by the Tent site .
Would go there again.
The camping facilities were very clean, the kitchen full of stuff to cook. The receptionist was really friendly! 38$ for a Powered side for two people. If you want wifi there are 10GB available for 5$, working fast.
As our camper had no heating, we asked if there were any cabins available. Unfortunately all were fully booked. We were however given thick blankets to keep us warm. The woman at reception was a typical Scouser from Liverpool, jolly and efficient. The facilities were fine and it was a short walk into town.
Lovely small, clean and quiet holiday park. Spacious sites. Lots of options to choose for shade or sun. Clean and plenty facilities and a very well equipped kitchen. Great value!! But what is most important: very friendly and helpful owners! We forgot a nice jacket, they found it and sent it back to us without asking for anything in return! Thanks guys, your holiday park is a home away from home!
Great customer service, Mary Jane held a spot for us at short notice during a very busy time. We arrived late and left early so can’t say much about the park itself other than it was relatively small but tidy and had the right facilities. Useful stopover on the way back from Queenstown to Christchurch.
Lovely place to stay, with a helpful owner who offered me a free towel to use cause I'm a cyclist. They even have a reserved area for cyclists to pitch their tents :) it cost $15 a night to tent, with nice facilities and a cosy TV room. I'd highly recommend this holiday park!
Nice flat grassy sites with plenty of space. We were there on what was presumably a busy night around New Year and still felt we had space to spread out. Facilities were a little dated compared to a Top 10 park, but all the important standard features were there and at a very reasonable price (Powered site $30-45pp @Top 10 vs. $18pp here). Major perk is being <5min drive from The Paca Shack - Fairlie's Gem Alpacas.
Good campsite, sufficient space. Clean showers and toilets. Friendly staff and not crowded in December. Decent rates. This was a relief compared to seemingly over-crowded campings near Lake Tekapo.
Lovely helpful hosts. Clean hot unlimited showers. Fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. Seperate lounge with TV great for the kids. Very homely! $52 per night for 2 adults and 2 children. Get a pork belly or a salmon and bacon pie from the bakery around the corner - amazing!
Place looked a bit dead as we arrived, but was actually just what we wanted. Friendly owner, shops etc. nearby, clean showers and nice and quiet.
This is a nice little park, very well maintained, very competent and friendly staff. Fine amenities, good cabins. Would and have recommended this to anyone!
We went here also due to the reviews on Rankers.
Fairlie is, with a car, an ideal base for Tekapo, with their Tekapoan attitude and overrated prices.
A powered site for 2 people costs $36. The decor is already older but clean. There are enough toilets and showers. Mediocre cost / benefit ratio.
