They obviously like younger people being 69 years old I felt out of place and not given service as would be expected in this climate they missed out on a one month hire .I wanted to look the part and freedom camp it is the second time it has happened in 5 years .Book online so they don't see your age. Yes Jucy has done well but they have ignored the local hire scene for campers .

Growing up in New Zealand I always thought Jucy Campervans would be amazing, the bright green vans are everywhere and everyone seems to enjoy them. For us, camping with a Jucy Compass Campervan was not this case. When we arrived to pick up our van we weren’t greeted, 3 employees continued to chat amongst themselves about their personal life and one stood up and announced he was going for a “durrie” (cigarette). One of the employees finally decided to look up our reservation. After a good 20 minutes we sat there waiting for her to work out how to do her job. The lady mentioned that because we had booked “Stress Free Insurance” we would get the camping chairs for free! Lovely we thought, until she had seen we already pre-paid so the free add on chairs were out of the question now... it took her a further 20 minutes to work out if we had paid in full for the whole campervan or if we had a remaining balance, in which she had to ask another 2 employees to help her. We were then asked to wait outside for another 20 minutes until the lady drove our campervan around from the back and began to give us a very uneducated, uninformative description about how the campervan worked and it’s features - none of which she had any idea about what she was talking about. If English was my second language I would struggle to understand this process with Jucy and the way their employees act. After a near 1.5 hour delay we were finally on the road to begin our road trip. A 7 hour drive later we arrived and figured our how the features of the van worked by ourselves. We discovered 1 camping chair broken, the van speakers were blown and the secondary battery didn’t work so we had no refrigeration. On return of the vehicle no form of a sorry or discount was even offered to amend this annoying and last time experience with Jucy. On top of that, the social media manager of Jucy “Lucy” replies to questions online but is rude and unhelpful.

We booked and paied for a campervan weeks in advance. We got the car in Auckland today before 9am. After a 2h drive, the car just broke. Now it’s 9pm, we are still stucked, with no car and no solution. We lost the whole day and are about to lose another one because nobody in the 24h jucy service knows anything. They put us in a hotel and did not tell us what to do or what to expect. Honestly they could not care less about their costumers.

DO NOT USE JUCY - THEY SCAM CREDIT CARDS!
I rented a car in Sydney and dropped it off in Brisbane from October into November 2018. I agreed to pay for the extra one way fee and thought that all went ok. Then on January 2nd 2019 my credit card got charged for an extra $95 by Jucy rental cars. When I asked what this was for they told me it was an additional "stress free cover" they had forget to charge me for.
I can not believe that any company has the cheek to steal money from a credit card over 2 months after the rental agreement has finished.

Me and 3 friends rented a Jucy Styla car from Christchurch. Pick up from the Christchurch outlet was a breeze and customer service was excellent even though it was on a busy Christmas eve afternoon. Drop-off at the Dunedin Airport outlet was very easy as well. The car worked fine with good petrol efficiency, although there were obvious signs of wear and tear when we got the car eg. scratched tyre rims, slight scratches on the body, slightly torn seats. Customer service was aware of this and acknowledged these wear and tear, so it worked out fine. Would definitely recommend this company for long-distance drives.

I didn’t like anything. I booked a car three months before arriving and, when I arrived the car was not there. I spent the whole day in the office trying to fix the problem and, after 5 hours, they gave me another car. Again, another problem: the car was really bad. They gave me a car way worse than the one I booked, with 250.000km. When I ask for a compensation because the car they gave me was worse than the one I booked, their answer was: “I cannot refund you any money because today, that we are fully booked, the prize of this car that is worse than the one you booked is higher than the other one”. When I booked the car the prize of the one they gave me was even less than half. A complete joke. Conclusion: they made me lose a whole day of my holidays and they did not even compensate me because of the difference on the prize of the cars and neither because of making me lose a whole day on holidays.

Service unacceptable
Company advised I was entitled to a claim refund which would take 10 days to be effected
They made an error then debited my account immediately with the difference
When I asked for the debit to be sorted out I was told contact the claims department and it would take 10 to 12 days for refund to be effected
Poor service to say the least

We hired a cabana van for one week in the north island last month , and we were unimpressed to say the least with Jucy staff a the Auckland branch mainly (Wellington drop off wasn’t much better, where there was nobody at the desk to receive our keys, I had to go into the workshop to find someone who then took another 10mins to come to the counter) where we picked our van up. We had to wait 3.5hrs for the van to be ready. It took the incompetent staff 1.5hrs to clean the first van and the figure out that it had mechanical issues, it then took another 2 hrs to clean another van. Great start to our holiday thanks Jucy!! :(. The young girl who “showed us” how everything worked in the van had terrible manners and customer service, most of the staff were sitting around doing nothing! When another customer who was also waiting for her van asked how long it would take another young rude staff member said “I have no idea, couldn’t tell you”. Not good enough Jucy get some decent training for your first point of contact staff. So bad, I will never use or recommend your company ever!! And the fridge never worked at all. We had to keep buying ice to keep our food cold.

Lack of information about the pickup process in the confirmation email. There was a bit of overlooking, i.e you needed an international drivers licence while other companies do not require it.

While initially a good experience with Jucy, this was however overshadowed by the lack of communication and disregard towards my concerns. I rented a car with Jucy in December 2016,
I picked up the car paying in full the amount owed. On three occasions, whilst at Jucy in New Zealand, I requested they check I had paid in full, only to return and be charged five months later an additional amount of money without any prior notification. After countless phone calls I finally received an email replying to inform me that I had not been notified as the initial email failed to send. After explaining my situation, and needing to send this email twice, as I had not received a reply in over a week, my email has now been forwarded to the feedback team. Now, over a week later, I have had no contact, nor any explanation for this very annoying situation.

Would definitely not recommend renting from Jucy!

Super long queue for car return! I have waited for more than 45 minutes to return the car, because of the long queue, lack of staff and extreme slow efficiency! I can't expect such a long waiting time (as I used to use other world wide car rental company in the past which takes only a minute to return the car). I almost missed my flight just due to the poor service of this car rental company! I don't know why they are so slow and also just 2 staffs to serve both pickup and return. That is absolutely unacceptable!

I will NEVER try this car rental company in the future! NEVER! Don't try this unless you can accept using 1 hour to stand on the queue for the car return process!

Horrendous experience with jucy, we booked a car rental 3 weeks in advance for a 9am pick up. We arrived at 9am and were told that our car wasn't ready because it was being cleaned, we were kept waiting over 1 hour and the car was still nowhere near ready. Some customers who arrived after us were released their cars, others were also told their car wasn't ready. Unfortunately we had a surf lesson booked and paid for which we then couldn't attend because they wouldn't release the car to us. We noticed that other customers were returning cars at 9am, the same pick up time that had been booked out to us. It's quite obvious that if one customer is only returning the car at 9am then it couldn't possibly be ready for another customer also at 9am! It seems this company care far more about making money than they do about customer satisfaction, we will never rent with jucy again and I would strongly recommend other customers think twice before making a booking!

Customer service terrible! Do not answer emails. Changes requested months prior and not done, had to constantly follow up right to the day before pickup - by phoning them. 2 girls doing both pick up and drop off - if you are catching a flight - get to Jucy really early to drop your car off as the line up of customers is long. The car we were given had a dodgy seat belt as in while driving along it suddenly went loose - this happened after we were a couple of days into our trip - very dangerous. No receipt of deposit when handing our car back. The young girl (Hassan) who served us when picking up the vehicle gave us no information. (I overheard the other young lady telling other customers how to pay for road tolls!) The young lady serving us was also making fun of other customers to her colleague. When my husband did the vehicle inspection with her and found faults on the vehicle she constantly rolled her eyes, he had to continually tell her to write it down. The Navigator we hired for a ridiculous daily price wasn't charged and the power adapters that came with it didn't work. My advice - if you do use them - get there early when dropping off, go over the vehicle thoroughly before accepting it.

Worst coustomer service ever!
Rented a car from christchurch to aukland.
First car broke down after 1 1/2 weeks and they asked me to get it repaired (would have been 3 days without a car and I hab to get the ferry to Wellington) took them a day to get me a new car but they said I'll get a refund in aukland. Last day of my stay in NZ the second car broke down! First AA Motoring couldn't do a thing so they got another with a crane. After one hours we called them and said that we are gonna get a taxi now cause we need to get the plane. He technecly forbid that to us cause we still had the keys so we handed them to our host and got someone to carry me to the airport. They said that I can either get my plane or my refund. What the fuck is wrong with them?! They already said that I get a refund but only if I miss my plane?! Really bad experience and I'm not going to rent a car from jucy ever again!

The worst ever NZ car rental company that I've come across with!!
The car that we got was so badly maintained, smelly and noisy. During my rental, a small damage occurred to the passenger side mirror, and I was charged an excess. Couple of weeks after that, I received an email saying that there's no repair cost and a full refund will be issued back to me. It's been 2 months now, and I've received nothing yet. I've emailed and called them but their customer service is the worst! They just don't give a damn. Instead of solving the problem, they provide numbers to me to call to settle this issue. I called them up but it goes to their irritating Jucy automated response, with no one bothering to call me back.
Stay very very far away from this company. They are cheap for a reason and it will come back to haunt you when you need to deal with them!!

Pick up at Akl airport branch, shuttle was prompt, polite and courteous. At depot, seemed to be severely understaffed and had to wait for approx 45 mins. When I finally tended to, it only took minutes to complete paperwork. Rent a Fiat Punto, new and in excellent condition. I only found out how to turn off the automatic engine shut off function on my last day of rental ***there's a button on the dashboard you can press****, could have save myself a lot of sanity if I had been reading the accompany leaflet before starting to drive. Anyway, drop off was effortless, just handed key over and walk away pretty much as I bought the full cover insurance. Shuttle was nice and polite as usual. Might rent from them again if the price was right. I think the slow service at the depot is the part that really put me off.

Very bad experience on Jucy... Hired a small car, not the cheapest, and got a lemon of around 200,00 km. The clutch eventually broke, and although it is a mechanical breakdown Jucy invoiced me the repairs, arguing it was my fault. I would recommend to avoir Jucy at all costs, spend more with a better company.

Terrible!! Please do not use them, spend a little extra and use a reputable company. There are hidden fees designed to extort additional money that are hidden at the time of rental. I stupidly used them thinking I would save a few dollars but they stung me with entirely unnecessary 'admin' charges (of $120) a few weeks after I returned the car.

They did nothing to satisfactorily address my questions about these charges and instead lied on social media to cover their tracks and save face.

They have lost a customer who hires cars 10's of times a year as they are greedy and have no long term view on their business.

Oh, and the car was in terrible condition, dirty and full of knocks and scrapes. Avoid like the plague.

Took over an hour an a half to get the vehicle ready. Booked for 8am but shuttle took a while to arrive and then despite being first to the desk was last out with the car. Poor service by the girl behind the desk, no polite conversation and no apology for the long wait. No one checked in with us the whole time we stood and waited. 30 second demo of how to fit snow chains - not very settling to those who have never used them before. Asked to sign the forms about damage on the car without seeing the car? Only booked with Jucy to get ski4free coupons - never got these or were told how to use them. Sadly the snow was minimal so we didn't go anyway. Was happy to get an instant response when I tweeted our situation only to not hear anything back after sending the booking reference. Woke up early to head to the ski fields from Queenstown but found the car wouldn't start. Called Jucy and was asked if I could just go and find someone with jump leads, not too helpful.

The problem is these are just small issues that could be simply solved. I understand things go wrong but often a smile, an apology or just some personalised service can diffuse a situation. Without this I jus ended up angry and unlikely to use Jucy again or recommend to anyone.

We picked up our car in Auckland and dropped it off in Wellington. The car had garbage from the previous driver. After driving a bit, we had to pull over as the back bumper was coming off. We pushed it back into place, but as we drove, the wind would push it out of place again. We had to buy packaging tape to tape the bumper on. We noticed the entire back bumper, all around, was out of place. Doesn't anyone check the cars to see if they are clean and in working order and not falling apart?

Renting a car is simple and straight forward. Make sure to book some weeks/months in advance (during peak season). Especially catering to young people (no extra fees for people under 25 years of age). Good service via hotline. Introduction to the car may turn out short, so think of things you like to know in advance and ask if you are unsure of anything!

Sorry to say that I had the worst of experiences with Jucy Rentals during my last trip to New Zealand.
After landing in Auckland on Dec. 26th, I went to the Jucy branch where I'd booked a car two months before. I showed the clerk my booking and my papers (Italian driver's license and International Driving Permit) but she shook her head and said there was a problem. Basically she said that my Italian driver's license was unacceptable because it had an ink signature on it. I replied that was the way it had to be signed when it was issued and nothing about ink signatures was written on my booking page or in the "terms and conditions" section of their website. She was irremovable and said they were following the NZTA guidelines. I went back to the airport and, after uselessly calling Jucy twice on the phone, I had to rent the last car available from another car rental company at a much higher cost (NZD337 more!). All the other car companies at the airport said my papers were totally fine to drive in NZ. I browsed the NZTA website and found nothing against ink signatures. I sent the NZTA a message through their website to explain the matter and waited. A couple of days later I called them and their operator said my papers were fine: an ink signature wasn't a problem. The following day they replied to my web message and said the exact opposite: they knew Italy issued licenses with digitized signatures, so an ink signature meant the driver's license had been tampered with! I replied that new licenses do have digitized signatures, but the previous ones are obviously still valid! I received no other reply from them.
Jucy was no help either. I emailed them to say that this matter should be clearly written on their website or on the booking page. Their only reply was: we told you at the branch we don't accept ink signatures! Like that was a good explanation to someone who comes to New Zealand from the other side of the world...! I lost NZD337 because of your incompetence.

It was my first rental experience as I just got my driver licence early in August. However, when picking up the car in the Christchurch airport, they failed to tell me the car ran on diesel not petrol. In fact, my interaction with their staff at the counter was very brief - I did not know what I was supposed to be asking about apart from arranging a full insurance. They just gave me papers to sign where they highlighted the bit about the car being diesel and stapled the receipt so that I could not even notice the highlighted bit about the fuel type.Furthermore, I thought I was signing the insurance agreement rather than a car rental agreement. This resulted in the fact that I used a wrong type of fuel and the car came to a complete stop in Ashburton late evening where I knew no one.
The worst thing began when an AA mechanic arrived and towed the car to a safe place. As part of the process, he gave Jucy a call to explain the situation and they said they'd give me a call to advise of the options, which never happened. The AA guy had to give them another call half an hour later, and again they promised to ring me up, which never happened. As it was late evening and getting dark and all my personal things including medication were in my hotel in Christchurch, the AA guy called them again (almost 4 hours since the car breakdown) only to hear that everyone had now left the office, and we had to wait till next day. They just ignored us.
The only thing Jucy was really fast about was charging my credit card for $2,000 without my authorisation to compensate the damage. Every time I asked a question, they would refer me to the papers I signed, which basically makes you powerless. I've been trying to get an invoice with the breakdown of repair costs for the past seven days to no avail.
So if you want to feel dumb and powerless, and pay heaps of money for nothing if anything goes wrong, or just ruin your holiday, go for Jucy.

Lousy service. First call them and they said they can't confirm a car until the day before booking and then the next thing is they can't confirm any GPS unit in the car and subject to availability. What's the use of the car rental company if anything can't confirm till last minutes.....suggest to closed down and packed off. The staff answering the phone ...a lady also damn rude and talk to others while answering phone. A bad experience.....to even deal with Jucy.

I have used Jucy twice for domestic trips within New Zealand. Both times, I have gone with the Styla option, and found Jucy to be great. Whilst the first time I used them, the first staff member who I got the car off was a tad abrasive, all the other staff we fantastic and lovely. The cars both times were great too (A Hyundai i30 and Mazda3).

There is a downside, which is probably common to most rental companies, but I'm not entirely sure. From what I've read and based on my experience, I'd say it's a good idea to go with the most expensive insurance option. Yes, it's probably a money making scheme more than anything, but I got it both times, and when you do they really stress to you how it doesn't matter if the car gets any chips or scratches. They'd most likely charge you exorbitantly otherwise, so it's probably worth it to just take the 17/day hit, unless you're gonna have the car for ages.

Overall, great service, great cars, will definitely use the Jucy Styla next time I need a car rental!

Service via email and phone was nice. Car was in worse condition than expected. Central locking remote didn't work. Fuel was a couple of notches off full which I thought was rude given the price of petrol and that it was supposed to be full. After hours service below par, no one went through the features of the car / no one checked the car over with me - i.e. just expected to sign the documents. However, it was cheap - I guess you get what you pay for.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.
I was charged for damage I did not do to a car (a dent in the passenger door which prevented me from opening it, annoying enough to deal with from when I got the car but infuriating to then be charged for after) and they charged me the absurd amount of 650 dollars for a dent. Then they charged a credit card they had on file from a previous time I had used them (over a month ago so as I understand it they legally shouldn't have had it anymore anyway) instead of the card I had given them, which left me stranded in a foreign country for a week with no funds until they switched the charge onto the proper card. Now I've exhausted my options in dealing directly with them to get it changed (after weeks of pointing out to people how the dent is marked in the paperwork and being told I was a liar and of course the dent marked is a different dent, I clearly must've just added an additional dent in the exact same place) so now I'm trying to deal with my insurance company instead. But the insurance company requires a lot of paperwork which Jucy has been rather unhelpful at providing (and by that I mean they won't answer my calls). DONT USE THEM unless you're a masochist who enjoys having your money stolen, credit card fraud and being called a liar repeatedly.

Jucy Rentals is good, because you do not need a full Licence to rent a car. They're also reasonably cheap.

However, also had negative experience with Jucy. On picking up our car you have to inspect the car. On our sheet it was noted that the car was full. However, we noticed that the fuel gauge was under full and closer to the 3/4 mark. We told the person serving us this, and he said "yeah, that's fine".

When wanting to leave Auckland, and return our car to catch a plane, we were told "it's not full'" and queried as to whether we actually told anybody about this (even tho we returned it with the same fuel level). In end, drove around corner and had to fill it up.

Our car got break down near by to Shipwreck bay. With no reception passerby helped us but some of the car brake parts ripped of we managed to reach campersite called Jucy Shinine ? from Jucy told that no help could be offered at that point of time as it was long weekend and since we didn’t call up Jucy for towing the vehicle, all the expenses from then on, should be beared by us. We were also told that Jucy doesn’t have any standby vehicle at that point in time. So, We have to find our own way back to Auckland or be at the camp site until Tuesday at that there was no no public transport/no grocery place we paid around 450$ for back to Akl. We called up consumer affairs and informed of the situation. They told us
- Whether it is our fault or Jucy’s fault, we should have been provided with alternate transport or tow & repair of the damaged vehicle.
- Since the reason for escalated costs regarding towing is because of unavailable service, we don’t need to pay for towing. We took 25$ a day insurance plan which reduced our liability to zero. Its not our fault that there is no garage open on a weekend.
- In the worst case, we have every right to challenge the towing charges Jucy is demanding from us.

1. Watch out for Jucy's 'stress free' insurance as it covers very little. Essentially it is a waste of money. Your travel insurance usually covers rental vehicle and you will provide you with truly 'stress free' cover.

2. El Cheapo option such as the Nissan Sunny in my experience uses too much fuel to be considered cheap. Country driving at 80km/hr the Nissan used 13L/100km and at $2.229/L it was certainly an unexpected extra expense.

3. The vehicle condition report significantly under represented the damage on the vehicle. Check it inside and out before signing for it. The vehicle I was offered had obvious external damage that was not on the report and had extensive mold in the boot.

4. Staff are apathetic when discussing issues. I wouldn't expect any real help if you need it. See point 1 about getting good insurance before you go.

hired a car in Queenstown, car went great - very clean - fantastic on petrol we went to milford sound to Dunedin and back with no worries. will rent again and we will visit NZ again and again. everyone was very helpful and service was great

We rented a Juce Box from Jucy at Queenstown Airport. Pickup was simple and staff very friendly. Though the car looked tiny it was huge inside! Plenty of room for my oversize suitcase. Very economical on petrol and extremely comfortable. would definitely use Jucy again

Read some of the reviews on your site and was VERY surprised!?! My JUCY experience was seamless and user friendly from the onset. My car was tidy and ready for pick up with out hassle. We booked the car through a UK car hire company, so didn't choose Jucy ourselves. Once the booking was confirmed, we saw that we needed to organise late pick up as our flight arrived at 10pm. All went very smoothly. I confirmed the pick up by phone prior, and also received written confirmation in form of email. Dropped off early on departure. We had no contact with office staff. Car was clean and in reasonable condition. The off-site airport location at ChCh wasn't ideal, but the company needs to make some savings somewhere to give good deals to us. Would use JUCY again as great price compared to other companies.

The car was pretty old, which was ok. The staff were useless, I also think a map in the car could be useful. We noticed that our booking said we would return the car to the airport, so we asked if we could return the car to auckland city (where we picked it up) and she wouldn't organise this and said we would have to call them to see if this would happen.

There was also no explanation of the different road rules here, I was travelling with 2 Norweigns and myself and nothing was explained to us.

It just generally felt like a disorganised, low quality company. The battery light went on when we were in the middle of nowhere.

Its worth paying a little bit extra for a much better car experience. Would never use Jucy again.

Although I was supposed to get a car with a full tank of gas, when I got on the road I noticed that I only had half a tank. I called Jucy to inform them of this, expecting that they could easily resolve this. Instead, I was told that the missing gas was my problem, not theirs. In effect, I was charged an extra $50 for my rental.

Update: Shortly after posting this review, a Jucy representative contacted me an told me that I will receive a $50 refund.

The car was clean and neat, pickup at Chch airport was quick and no hassle. The whole trip was good, the car was okay, no problem at all. I am satisfied with the car, with the shuttle service and the Jucy Chch staff as well, the guys are polite and and fast. Recommended company.

The car was not clean when we picked it up. There was open yogurt containers under the seats that smelled real bad. When we picked up the car we were told they would bring us back to where they had pick us up. When we asked for a ride back the ask for $10. We had just spent $1800 on the rental and now they wanted another $10. This would not have been a problem but they had told us it was complimentary when we pickup the vehicle. When we complained they literally laughed at us! I have "never" written a complained in my life. But this experience was very bad! I would "NOT" recommend them to anyone. To be laughed it is just wrong. The managers name was Angela in Christchurch. Not good...

We came over from Australia for a 3 week holiday and hired with Jucy Rentals. We had our jucy rental car break down the first day we had it. We had to pay for AA to come out and check it (after a long and unpleasant 3 way conversation between Jucy rentals and AA about who was going to pay the call out fee). Luckily it was something that the AA guy could fix straight away, otherwise the only option would have been somehow getting ourselves to the Jucy depot on the other side of the city to pick up a replacement rental. Three days later (boxing day) we took my (elderly) parents, brother and sister to the beach out of whangarei, in quite a remote place. On the way out, the car died again. We had to wait for 2 hours on the side of the road in the boiling heat for a tow truck, and were told by Jucy that we would have to get ourselves down to Auckland (3 hours away) to pick up a replacement car. Needless to say, we were NOT happy with this, as this would have been a 6 hour round trip that we had no way of doing (with no car obviously) and essentially a day out of our precious holidays. It was only after multiple calls, and requesting a refund for the rest of our trip that a replacement car was organised for us to pick up in whangarei. Not a great experience ...

To be fair, the guys on the phone were reasonable to deal with, and we did get a refund for the day the car broke down which we didn't ask for or expect, which did go some way to making up for the hassle. If it hadn't been for the breakdowns, and how they were dealt with, we probably would have reviewed the experience at about an 8/10

Hired one of Jucys "New" Suzukis was impressed when a staff member remembered my son from a TV report accident that had happened six month before when we had regularly hired cars while he was in Hospital in Auckland
The new cars are great as are the sirions well done Jucy

We hired a small car for 11 days to travel around the North Island. The customer service was fantastic. Jucy picked us up from our Auckland hotel, took us to the depot and then packed all our luggage into the car for us! The car was spotless, although we had done the 'green' thing and shunned the wash! On returning the car, we just dropped off the keys, jumped in the shuttle (again, someone took our bags from the car) and went straight to the airport. It was like borrowing a friend's car for a few days! With the exchange rate in our favour, it was also incredibly cheap! We will go straight to Jucy the next time we head off to NZ.

I had a recent model compact ( sirion), for fuel economy; as staying at backpackers and travlleing solo.
5.1l/100k claimed but it was closer to 6l/100k, and I was driving fairly conservatively.
Was convinced to buy an advance tank of fuel (40 litres but never got more than 34 into it), as much cheaper rate than public servos ... but on rtn it had up to 6-10 litres still in it and I got no refund in lieu, so lost out there. NO hassles at rtn easy , but not much attention or interest either...p'raps staff having a tough morning in Auckland?
Phone support and at pick up was friendly and efficient majority of time.
Best bits that the rental included largely discounted ferry ticket, and unlimited daily kms.
Discount vouchers were out of date and 2 for 1 anyway...

7.5/10

Also tried their optional accessory a 'new' GPS driven tourism system, overpriced at $10/day. It is fairly crude operation so gets frustrating after 3 days ( repeats 'radio shows"), gps triggered info about local area cuts in as already passing through town/featured area so too late to decide if worth stopping for, unless prepared to stop or turn around alot. Also locked into their preselected music. System needs to be a bit more user friendly, control options to really be good in future versions. 6/10
