For up-to-the-minute Queenstown visitor information and booking services, our travel consultants provide expert advice and assistance plus all of our staff have really "been there and done that" with decades of local knowledge and experience. Yes we've jet boated the rivers, skydived, bungy jumped, sipped wine at the top of a stunning mountain while the Helicopter sits waiting and climbed the largest ice glaciers. You name it we’ve done it. It's a tough job really! We only employ locals that have experienced all this region has to offer and we're constantly exploring and discovering new hidden gems to share with our visitors.
Queenstown i-SITE is the only New Zealand government endorsed tourism information part of the 90 official centres nationwide. If it doesn't say i-SITE at the door it's not official or impartial! Among the many "info centres" in this tourist town we are the only unbiased visitor service not owned or affiliated with a tourism operator. This means we're transparent and trusted locals with impartial expert advice on the best things for you to do while visiting our stunning region. For where to go, what to see and the best way of getting there see the Queenstown i-SITE Visitor Centre.
We simplify the online clutter and confusion about what to do, where to go, must see's and help you arrange it all quickly and simply. Accommodation, transport, car rental, activities, tours, sightseeing, itinerary planning or just to get your bearings! We'll look after you and make sure you have the best experience from your time in our region and when you have trouble with your trip someone else booked we'll assist you to sort it out properly for free because that's the kind of friendly people we are!
If you're looking for some good old friendly local advice, make a booking or just need directions, make sure you visit the Queenstown i-SITE Visitor Centre under the Clock Tower in the heart of Queenstown.
We can't wait to see you here - from the Queenstown i-SITE team!

Asked various questions about cycling tracks and gave us great information about the Queenstown cycle trail map. We sourced our own bikes but she also helped recommend free yoga!
