Despite lots of people in there we were helped quickly and given good information for activities and campgrounds. Even those campgrounds out of town.

Very nice team, they give you a lot of tips and a spot where you can freedom camp. There is a little movie about the city history. Free internet.

Very poor. Initially were more interested in talking to each other than assist a customer. Then provided information that was wrong, ie tours and opening times. Seems they need to check their facts before making statements that are factually incorrect.
