Very good system with numbers for waiting on your turn! Friendly people. We booked the Interislander here!
Free WIFI around the city centre, well known staff, quick, uncomplicated, inside knowledge.
We booked the ferry to Picton there and they were really friendly and helpful, even when we had to organise some things.
30 minute parking but 1 hour wait in the queue, too crowded. Only three attendants for hundreds of people.
Very crowded and no parking. In general they are useful and nice people there. Good attention.
