Please don’t disturb woman at front desk and ask for tourist information! Most rude and unhelpful service in NZ.

Really awful, rude service from Turangi i-SITE. We obviously asked some 'dumb' questions. As a mother with three young children at an information centre, I did not know this was possible. So much eye rolling, sighing, and just blatant rudeness , I have never experienced anywhere before. For what reason I have no idea. RETIRE grumpy lady.

I love the "little" Tongariro park. We can see the Tongariro Alpine crossing and where we go.
