A long, windy road finally leads to this remote campsite. Start your mission along the Queen Charlotte Drive and turn off at Linkwater, follow the unsealed roads past Portage and Keneparu Head. Follow the waters edge until you finally get there, ahhhh. There are no facilities here so be organised.
This is a council designated campsite.

Great spot, only be warend it is a very long windy road out there and no facilities. Other than that it is beautiful and very few campers (due to location)

We were the only ones here for the night. Huge flat field next to the sound with many spots, sand flies were fairly bad however long pants and shirt did the trick. About an hour and a half up a very twisty road, however the drive is beautiful and a great place to stay the night before hiking in the area in the morning.

Large open grass space, lots (maybe even only) level ground. No facilities, only for self contained. Tiny bit of cell reception. When we where there it was quite windy, however there are trees to hide your van behind. Even though it's next to the road, there is no traffic here - takes you an hour an a half on Kenepuru Road to get here. That's a long long way, but if you like to drive it's an awesome road :) Go here, take a morning swim in the fjord and enjoy freedom!
Worth it! A large field, very quiet.
