It is very impressive.
I saw the Huka Falls! It is very impressive because of so much water.
A short 10 minute walk to see the amazing power of the Huka Falls. The Falls are a mix of pale blue and white. You will hear the falls before you see them.
Breathtaking sight, easy access, good lookout points and free.
Insane waterfall, so powerful and the water is a lovely shade of blue.
If it was not raining, I would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the falls! The power of the falls were incredible and the colour was crystal blue!
The Huka Falls were the main attraction of the walk. Most people who were walking with us went to see only the falls and came back the way they came first. We kept on with the track which was a nice walk but not as great as the falls.
Beautiful sight, clear river, easy walk to Aratiatia Rapids, nice falls during the day draining.
Amazing to see the power of water rushing through. The water is aqua marine, I could stare at it all day.
Nice walk along the river.
Walk to the Huka Falls is nice, views of the river and the Huka Falls are just impressive.
Stunning area, got some incredible pictures.
We found a walk near the falls and it was awesome, pretty views and loads of water!
Amazing view of the natural forces. Easy parking and good paths.
Amazing nature power.
200,000 litres per second - these are the Huka Falls. Highly recommended and easily accessible. The water is light blue and looks amazing! Nice spot!
A nice place to spend the afternoon.

Here you can seem some of the bluest water in New Zealand. Nice place to spend one afternoon.
They were incredible, and for free! I think it is totally worth it.
It is free and wonderful. The Huka Falls is easily accessible and easy to see. The water looks amazing going down the long fall.
Falls were amazing. Walk was okay and when we got there, there was a busload of tourists arriving.
Impressive waterfall, but the real attraction is the nearby nature.
Beautiful falls and beautiful walk.
Absolutely unbelievable! So cool to see the Falls, stunning views.
Amazing scenery, nice little path.
The falls are quite nice but the walk to the dam is not nice but to see how the dam opens is nice.
Great views of the falls as they make their way down to the lake. Quite a few viewpoints but it can get pretty busy.
Cool place to visit and have a look but not too much to do other than looking at the Falls.
Very nice hike along a beautiful river all the way to Huka Falls. The area around the Falls was very busy with tourists. Hike was easy.
Big smiley face!
Impressive waterfall with blue-green water not far from Taupo. Makes for some great photos.
I did the walk from the rapids to the falls. The way was partly nice, partly not so nice (next to the street). But the rapids and the falls were so breathtaking!
Fantastic blue water. It is really fast and shines bright. Perfect nature, but many tourists.
Beautiful walks surrounding the falls. The water is so clear and blue (have to pay for the loo though).
Nice waterfalls, too many people.
Michael and Anna
Impressive amount and speed of water.
Deep, blue coloured waterfalls. Good location for making/taking pictures.
Liz and Alan Weathers
It is good because it is free. But the falls themselves are not as spectacular as one might expect.
Jan Meik Stegmann
Short walk, sweet to watch and always good for a picture.
One hour track through nature close to the crystal clear river from Huka Falls.
Really nice lookout and also possible to walk short or long walkways.
Beautiful, big falls.
Nice waterfall and track around is perfect. In the forest and part on the river.
Impressive falls and colour of the river.
You have to see it.
Amazing river walk.
Free walk, options for short or longer walks, good information boards, nice viewing platforms of two impressive sights one natural, one manmade.
Really good views on both walks
