It is a larger mountain lake in the Nelson Lakes National Park. It offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. With us it rained and it was foggy. The Lake is still worth a visit. You can stroll along the lake wonderfully.

Was so beautiful, right on the lake. Only cost $5, 2 hour hike to get there, coldwater hut. There was a fireplace and rainwater barrel.
