We stayed 2 nights and our stay was really good. You can book some activities for Milford Sounds...for less expensive.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Super clean facilities: warm showers, good kitchen, warm living room.
Free wifi but doesn’t work well.
Big space for the powered site even if some other vans are beside you.

Nice holiday park to stay for a night. WiFi is provided free to guests but didn’t work super well. The kitchen and lounge room was warm and clean

This site had good resources, the showers were especially good - consistent hot water and very clean. There were a number of campers parked beside us, but with a generous amount of space provided between each ( a picnic table for each camper that helped separate the lots). We arrived quite late and were still able to secure a spot close to the amenities.
All perfect, welcome staff, good amenities, front of the lake, dont try to overcharge solo travelers (rare in NZ), good place to stay before or after Milford Sound
Great campsite with amazing views of the lake. Stayed on a powered site with our camper. Facilities are very clean and modern- nice toilets and showers, kitchen areas and laundry. Only issue was with WiFi which is a bit intermittent. Would highly recommend this place.
Terrific campground next to the lake. Good laundry and kitchen facilities. Bathrooms were excellent. Walked the short walk to the bird sanctuary which was nice. Town was about 2 km away so drove there. Loved the quaint town of Te Anau.
Best hot showers on trip
Clean site great view of lake Te Anau
Great spot to rest
nice place after a long hike. good facilities and kitchen. but lot of People. you have to stay in a row for cooking your dinner. we paid 48$ for a non-powered tent site. (2 person) this is too much for a short place of grass
