Located a bit out of town and some of the outside areas like lawns and gardens could use a tidy up but otherwise nice. We were close to the smaller kitchen and toilet block which were clean with a modern feel. Toilet/shower was very nice there was a heater and faceclothes and flowers in the room. I much prefer a few small toilet blocks to one huge long row of cubicles. Giant chess was cool we played a few games, lots of room for kids to run around and a playground so they were happy. Pet friendly someone even brought their horse, they had a paddock out the back.
Clean, quiet and tidy with concrete pads for campers. Ablution block was lovely. Nicely decorated with free showera, modern and spacious with heater and nice big mirrors. 1gb data free. One of the nicer camps we’ve stayed at but is out of the way a bit. Note they did allow my small old dog but apparently are not dog friendly even though websites say they are.
Nice clean facilities very clean grounds. We received free drink vouchers for the local pub / restaurant and were informed that they have a courtesy bus but they would not come to pick us up. So no free drin k and no money spent on food or extra drinks at their establishment. Cheapest top 10 and probably one of the best!

Nice spot for one night with helpful, informative staff. Clean old facilities and a small kitchen. Bit of wifi included. Out of town so couldn’t walk into CBD. Perfect spot for a stopover between Southland and Fiordland
The new lounge room and kitchen are super nice. Plenty of stoves and sinks for everyone to use. The bathrooms could use updating and guests are only given 100MB of WiFi.
Top spot. After cycling from Cape Rienga and staying at many parks, this one was among the best.
Facilities are modern, clean and well equipped. Staff were happy to help out with enquiries. Upon arrival, when I said I was tenting, they handed me a fresh towel and a folding camp chair for my stay. For $22 a night, this was hard to top.
Nice site outside of town which suited us. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and we were there the week after the Munro challenge week when friends told us the site had been full to the brim but there was no sign of overuse. The grass areas were in good condition and the kitchen was spotless as were the toilets and showers. A nice experience of the Top 10 franchise.
Nothing bad to write, just nothing exceptional. Out of town a little but it was quiet and clean.
Arrived late and found the on site staff very accomodating. A little bit of a basic park just out of town centre, however toilets, showers kitchen were all clean and tidy. Price is on par with all other Top 10 sites. After looking at other options in the area this seemed to be the best.
I honestly can't see how this is a Top 10. We stayed at plenty of them in our trip and I've got to say it fell a long way short of what I can see as a top 10 standard. There really isn't a lot of options in Invercargill though unfortunately. I'd suggest a good playground would be a great start. The price was more than the Hanmer Springs Top 10 with much less to offer. It actually made me wonder how low the bar goes for qualifying.
Arrived quite late with kids in toe. Showers, toilet and kitchen facilities were good, what you expect in a Top10. Although it did feel very half done and was not up to the Top10 standard we has seen previously. Leaving us to wonder what standards were necessary to become a member of the Top Ten group.
Our biggest complaint came when the owner abused my wife because we were 10 minutes over checkout time. Our car was packed, we were just rounding up the kids and putting the last teeth cleaning pieces away. I could have understood if the park was packed out, but on this day it was empty. I simply question would have easier and this review would have gone a different way.
All in all apart from price and owners attitude on the day, it is a reasonable stay. Not quite the professional representation we have seen from Top10, but it has loads of improvement possibilities.
Everything is clean quite and nice! Kitchen, bathroom and toilets are brand new and well cleaned. They so have wifi! Ask reception! Very nice campground!
Very nice place. Totally "spic and span". And deadly silent. We had the perfect night.
I enjoyed my stay here.
There was friendly customer service including a recommendation to an awesome restaurant. The grounds are flat and not on a main road, which is good. The facilities were well presented and close to the sites. My only note would be to reverse the van into the powered sites to make it easy in getting out in the morning.
Recommended and would stay here again if visiting invercargill.
A lovely camp, Dianne made us most welcome and wangled things so we could park up our 8 metre caravan on a site, they seem to cater more for camper vans and smaller caravans. Very idyllic and as to one review here..... WHAT road noise? It is a lovely peaceful spot. Top marks.
Nice peaceful campsite, very clean and a well stocked kitchen. The Barn is no longer available for guest which is a real shame as it looked amazing but the other kitchen is nice and central.
Very good facilities, clean, nice site.
Good sanitary facilities, sometimes expensive, sometimes small places.
Small park, smaller sites. Clean abultion blocks. Friendly staff. Noisy road.

Three really good top notch sites for motel type accommodation. Excellent and very helpful reception, 1st class rooms, Te Anau even had a wet room!!!
Amazingly clean, very helpful staff.
Exceptional quality in unit, surroundings, helpfulness.
Lovely campsite, very clean facilities - soft loo paper!! Staff friendly and well equipped kitchen.
Exceptionally clean site, well organised and friendly staff. Like most NZ sites toilet and shower facilities would be very stretched at busy times.
Spectacular. New, clean and showers were like in a good hotel.
Very clean/perfect infrastructure.
Parklike grounds, not cramped, pleasant staff.
Very clean and the people are so friendly.
No public transport to + from the city limited facilities. Although very clean. Booking in + welcome could be better. Internet access was difficult.
Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
Nice flowers and decorations. Very clean and friendly.
Lovely and friendly
Very clean and well run site.
The best campground that we stayed in for all NZ. Friendly, well informed staff.
