Expensive, amenities ok and clean, nice garden-like location. However, small sites and quite noisy from near highway, but quite at night.

Our least satisfactory experience of a Top Ten site in NZ during our 3+ week campervan holiday. Very, very cramped and crowded. Difficult to park. No privacy. No outlook. No where attractive to walk. Remote from city centre. We left after one night for alternative more spacious and attractive site near St Kilda beach.
