Hi, we're Nola and Todd Morgan

Hi, we're Nola and Todd Morgan

The Morgan family has run Ohiwa Beach Holiday Park since its inception in 1988/1989. In late 2000 my husband Todd and our children, Dean and Renae arrived at the park. With time and a lot of hard work, the park has been built up to have full facilities for camping and a selection of units.

We made a commitment to be responsible for this special piece of Ohiwa for future generations. We have been rewarded with several awards for sustainable business practices which are still in place today.

Information

Nestled on the eastern shores of the Ohiwa Harbour in a sparsely populated segment of the Bay of Plenty lies a hidden gem, the settlement of Ohiwa.

The best places are always worth getting to, and our location is no different. With the Pacific Ocean and Ohiwa Beach only steps from the campground – and the Ohiwa Harbour even closer – we are a unique location ready to be explored.

Beautiful place and great location, bit far away from everything but don’t mind at all.
Can be very busy during summer season.
Bit expensive for the service
All in all is ok

The holiday park is just amazing. The facility is good for families. Kids enjoyed a lot with lot to do around the park. Swimming, biking, fishing. It was fun staying there. Went swimming at the beach everyday.

Amazing dedicated staff made our weekend special, thank you! The facilities are incredible, clean and the views to enjoy whilst eating, drinking and relaxing. Ohiwa Beach Holiday Park is definitely a recommend from us and we'll book again. The Onekawa pa site is a must to do and down to Bryan's Beach and then either walk along the beach back to the camp ground or turn around and walk and enjoy the bush, birds, and gorgeous views again from another angle back to camp.

Great place to stay. Very clean and tidy camp with a lot of amenities. Only negative no closed in dining option, too open to the elements in rough weather.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and will come again.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Be sure to do the awesome loop bush walk after getting some pointers from the friendly team at the desk. The showers are great and only 50 cents. The kitchen is open with incredible views. Sites are tiered so everyone has a great view. Everything is super clean.

This campsite was brilliant. The ammenities were very clean, our site was exactly as our hosts described, and as it was our first time as motor homers 😊it made the learning process very smooth. It is also quiet at night which we were also thankful for.
