Information

The award-winning holiday for people who like being without clothes or would like to try this very natural experience. We charge below average prices for what guests tell us are well above average facilities in terms of range, quality, and cleanliness.

Katikati Naturist Park is located in a quiet rural area alongside a clean rocky river. The Park won the 2008 New Zealand Tourism Award for Holiday Parks and was a finalist again in 2010. We have a spacious site and we give guests plenty of room. Our style is one of a horticultural park not a supermarket carpark.

Our accommodation options are; unpowered and powered camping sites ( $19 per night per adult without power, $22 per night with power), On-site caravans ($55 per night for two people), Kitchen Cabins ($78/2 people), Self-contained units ($98/2 people), Park Motel ($120/2 people).

Day visitors are welcome at $15 per adult with children free.

For the campers we have two quality clean ablution blocks including kitchens. Showers are free. The BBQ's are available to everyone.

The Park's recreation facilities comprise: a recreation room (pool table, table tennis, darts, TV and DVD, library, sauna), swimming pool, spa pools, petanque court, mini-putt, frisbee golf, and outdoor chess/draughts. These are all available to guests free of charge. Wireless internet access is available at reasonable prices.

Note that from August 2017 we now have SKYSPORTS and many other channels on our rec room large screen TV!
Come and enjoy the game with us!

Look out for the different events that we organise regularly. Karaoke nights, quiz nights, big rugby and soccer games and much more. Check our webpage, facebook and twitter for more details.

My wife and I spent a week here, staying in one of their chalets. Quite adequate for a week's stay with en-suite bedroom and kitchenette. Everywhere very clean and well managed by Tom and Ami. Swimming pool on site and a naturist beach close by. Also a delightful stream on the site to relax by!

Very friendly welcome. Just visited the Swedsh delights cafe. Good coffee, nice cardamon cake. Looking forward to staying over in the park. Its a gorgeous site, weve been before but are keen to see how it is with the new owners. Also keen to try out the therapies on offer.

A truely private and relaxed paradise in this gorgeous country of ours. Tom & Ami make you the most important part of the naturist park and are just so delightful and down to earth they are always about makiing sure you stay is a pleasant one. If you wish to wake up to the birds singing and the serenity of the rural atmophere then you will love this place to bits as we do. The spa's swimmimg pool and barbarcues are awesome and free to use as is the abultion block and kitchen area.

A wonderful place to relax, Just finished spending 20 nights camping in a powered site there :)
Always a pleasure to return and enjoy everything that the place has to offer. Great people and great stories to share and if you visit you must check out the river near the glades...so peaceful listening to the river and soaking up the sun.
So sad to see Kevin and Joan go but a job well done to you both for the many years you have made this place a joy to come back too, enjoy your retirement to you both :) And welcome to the new owners.
I will be back for sure for another long stay.

This is a wonderful place if you wish to relax in a clothing optional facility. The freedom of being clothing free is like no other. Great facilities, well kept grounds. Plenty of gorgeous trees to lie under if you wish, plus a lovely cool river to put your feet in. The spas are wonderful. A very relaxed atmosphere. My man and I have stayed here a few times now. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous naturist getaway. The facilities are sparkling clean and easily accessible. The new managers are very friendly and happy to assist. There's nothing nicer than a nighttime swim followed by a hot spa and fabulous conversation with other likeminded people. Thanks Kevin and Sharon, I will definitely be back.

Spent time at KNP recently, It's amazing what the owners Kevin and Joan Samson have done there - beautiful gardens that attract native birds, spas, sauna and swimming pool, ultra clean ablution blocks and kitchen facilities that are all included in a most reasonable price for your stay. Would go back again any time.

We stayed at this naturist park around mid November for several days. The park was easy to find from Katikati since there is an official motorhome/caravan park sign on Highway 2 at Wharawhara Road intersection. We found this to be the best kept and cleanest park of the 12 we visited on our 30 day holiday. The facilities were centrally located from all sites. The camp map was easy to follow. I was impressed by the overall layout of the campground and the story of what it started out as 20+ years ago. We enjoyed the hot and hotter tubs and the shape and depth of the pool. I don't swim and getting wet gradually appealed to my wife. After two rounds of miniature golf, we had found another thing to do nude! The ablution block was modern, clean and bright. We met a variety of friendly people of all ages from South Africa, Germany, Romania, England, and Maori and Kiwis. We will be back again.
