Sailing on this atmospheric and lovely old sailing boat for 2.5 hours to the Maori Rock Carvings is an excellent way of experiencing the beautiful Lake Taupo and its mountainous backdrop.

A cruise on a classic yacht out to the rock carvings and around a couple of bays. Fantastic experience for all ages - possible to have a swim in the lake at the carvings as well as a complimentary hot drink to warm you up.

Two hour cruise, with a pizza and beer offered. Quiet, beautiful, you also see the Maori Carvings that you can only reach by boat. The Skipper was really nice and funny. A good memory.

Wicked, funny and fantastic couple of hours thanks to an enthusiastic skipper. You get to sail the lake, see Maori rock carvings with plenty of tales of the sea plus chance to sail helm etc if you want to.
