Very bad experience !
Made 2 bookings for 2 different time at the London Location.
Received a confirmation email mentioning a different location. Been overcharged for the daily rate so I called the customer's service which explained that the website was not updated and the location had been changed. Price of the daily cover was a mistake and will be refunded.
Fair enough, location was annoying but could deal with it. Next morning, I received again a new email mentioning a 3d location. I called and they explained that they did a mistake but the location is a different one. Which is far away from London ! Location I can't make to so I ask to cancel all bookings (worth £600) which the person agreed to but warned me that this had to be decided by the head office in AUS. Fair enough, for the next 3 weeks, no reply, no email, no answer on the online chat, no answer on the phone, all leading back to the head office which send me an email that they were looking into it.
Since then Radio silence, lost the money, officially taking them to court now if the BVRLA can't resolve the issue before.
BE MINDFULL AND CAREFULL WITH THEM!! Worse communication and customer's service ever !
We just finished a 2week trip around the South Island of New Zealand in a hire van from Wicked Campers. Our vehicle was comfortable, clean and reliable and hired at a very competitive price. Amber the Queenstown agent was very helpful and obliging and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a safe and enjoyable trip which we did. I thoroughly recommend Wicked Campers and will defiantly use them next time we hire a vehicle.
Absolutely the worst most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with. I picked up the camper in Christchurch where they didn’t go over any of the features of the vehicle. Just threw us the keys and said to read the papers in the camper. Not very helpful.
Next dropping off the vehicle was a nighmare. I put the drop off for Sunday in my contract. They said they don’t even have drop offs on Sunday and charged me $100 for late drop off.
Finally, they said 30 business days to return the bond. I called up after the 30 days and they said it’s behind and to re put in my details online. Very sure it was never on their radar.
Every time I called no body is helpful and have been so rude! Stay clear of this unprofessional company.
All in all we have been very happy with our Wicked campervan. A little nervous after reading so many negative reviews, we found a very gentle and supportive team in Auckland. We wanted to change to a car without graffiti, which was absolutely no problem. It's a basic car and equipment, but it was clean and technically perfect and made 3.000 kms without any problems. Dropping off in Wellington was easy and again the staff was very helpful and nice. Always again !
We used wicked campers for a three week trip from Auckland to Christchurch. Being two 21 year olds, wicked campers were by far the cheapest. Easy process to pick the van up, got a self contained van even though we only booked non self contained (lucky they gave us a free upgrade because we needed it!). Van didn’t have any slogans on sides - which we didn’t specially request. Van went well, bed was as comfy as expected and van was clean. Got a crack in the windscreen 2 days before we were due to return the vehicle, we called roadside who said we could have it fixed within a few hours or simply return the van with the cracked windscreen as it was covered by our insurance. Returned the van with cracked windscreen, advised the staff who checked out the car upon return and they were fine. Received our bond back within specified timeframe.
We could not fault wicked campers and were really happy we got such a damn good deal.
We hired a wicked camper for a long weekend, specifically the non painted premium one. The price was slightly cheaper than other companies and the car ran really well! Me and my partner couldnt fault the company and despite getting bad press for the offensive slogans, they do offer a lot of vehicles that aren't painted and calling the customer service team ensured us the cheapest price. Would recommend to people wanting a short cheap trip.
THE WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. Dont get tricked by their low price. We hired a van for a week from Christchurch to Auckland. They showed me 3 vans to choose from. I chose the one that looked the cleanest.
Bed - Full of bed bugs and smells urine.
Kitchen area - cocroacks filled
Dont even think of using their cutlery if you have self dignity.
Storage boxes - had leftovers from previous hirers
Gear box - For some reason the van doesnt want to go from 2nd to 3rd gear. this happened within 3 hours into the first day. Called the mechanic, who was someone in Australia, blamed my inability to drive manual vehicles(for records I have been driving manualvehicles for 23 years now). Van was virtually undrivable on the way to Queenstown and we are stuck in the middle of the road.
Retuned the van very next day at queenstown, they were not ready to provide a replacement van or do a refund. Refund can only be done the owner who can only be contacted by email and he never replies. I would rather cancel my holidays than hiring from them again.
Hired the van in December. STILL have not received my bond back for an accident where I was not at fault even though I provided all third party details. TERRIBLE communication and customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Easy to have and easy to use !
I'd just say beware of this company. Booking process was mostly fine, then apparently something in their system duplicated so they tried to charge us TWICE the amount.. An email pretty much sorted this out.
It's the lowest price you'll get for any campervan hire but you really do get what you pay for.. Not great facilities, dirty, cracked windscreen that wasn't fixed etc. Don't get me wrong everyone who we dealt with was really friendly and chilled and thankfully we didn't have any problems with the camper during the time we drove it around NZ.
The MAIN problem with this company was when we dropped off the camper. The lady inspected it and everything was fine and she signed us off. We had even vacuumed and cleaned it to the point where it was cleaner than when we picked it up. It was when we returned to the UK and after about a month and a bit, I tried to contact them about the bond money, which was written in their agreement that they would return it within a certain time limit. They then responded by saying we had CRACKED the windscreen and got some random fine somewhere, so deducted that automatically from our bond money without even contacting us about it. No document or evidence or invoice. Luckily I had paid through my credit card so opened up a dispute with them. The window was cracked before us, so they must've charged the last person who was responsible but didn't bother to fix it!! After about a month, they changed tactics and made up a completely new lie to try and charge us for it. Eventually we got the full refund back.
Basically, just be careful of this company. The price is decent if you don't care about luxury or sleeping comfy for your trip etc. But it seems they are keen to try and scam people out of their bond money by making up things.
Best way to travel and was so easy to organise
Very convenient. However, we are also required to still fill in the campsite tags upon entry and perhaps some information on that would be helpful
Listen, for a campervan rental at low low prices, this place can be great. However, the van my wife and I got was basically just a rental car with a hacked together semi-bed made of wooden planks and gym mats. Their staff is not particularly helpful either, and they refused to give us even one day's worth of refund when we were forced to return the car ealry. If you are a single person on an extreme budget, and don't care about a comfortable car/experience or actual customer service, go for these guys. Anyone else? Stay far, far away.
Very happy with our wicked camper, fairly new car and super cool with a tent on the roof, it's just a tad difficult folding it together if you're short. Otherwise nothing really to complain about, a very convenient way of travelling.
The 1rst van was not " propre" but the agency in Aukland gave us anoter one quite good with everything needed inside. In Queenstown when we gave the van back , the guy of the agency brought me to the airport .It was quite gentle of him . Good service .
Excellent van, except for the dishes they have been burn or melt for those in plastic
Good car, well serviced, friendly staff.
Old cars, not so practical, it has a sink in it that does not catch the water (not good for nature), expensive with a lot of extra costs, no blankets and pillows provided.
For the amount of money we paid for the camper, it is really good. The only thing that could easily be done better, is putting in a decent (thicker) mattress.
Good value for money.
I had a great experience with wicked. Picked up my camper in Christchurch and dropped it off in Auckland and the staff at both depots were great. It didn't take as long to get going as I expected, once they had my details and showed me through the car I was off. And they had a huge selection of blankets and other items left over from past campers that helped me out, and I was able to leave them behind when I finished for someone else.
The car ran great, I relied on the wicked and rankers apps a lot to find a suitable place to park up overnight and also walks etc to do. They are genius apps, you can even filter by campsites that allow the campsite pass (which I recommend if you're planning on staying at a lot of the doc sites) Would totally recommend wicked for their professionalism, helpfulness and affordability.
Cool campervan, we ordered a smaller van but when we came to pick it up they gave us a bigger one and gave us chairs for free.
Everything was at it was expected and promised and we got some good tips for. Only we haven't still got our deposit back so that's why no full points :)
Wicked Campers are basic, but do the job! We didn't select them by choice but rather they were the only company with availability and were pleasantly surprised. Don't expect bells & whistles but we had a clean, well maintained vehicle with a funny slogan on the side.
The best thing we did however was buy some DOC conservation passes. This allowed us to stay in DOC sites every night without paying the cost per person each night. DOC sites can be very limited, particularly on the South Island where there are no rubbish bins and there are no showers ..... but plenty of lakes if you aren't above getting in for a quick wash!
We thoroughly enjoyed it and are already talking about doing this trip again in the future when we have our own family
This company is a total RIP OFF, they are LIARD, disorganised and helpless. The Road assistance never answered and once it did, the man on the phone got very rude, telling us he " didn't want to hear about our lives problems". We hired a minisleeper campervan for 2 in Darwin. People at the office acted friendly and told us our car was "nearly new". We later on found out it was actually 300 000 kms already and the GPS, the cig lighter and the CD player didn't work. Though we had paid 2000 dollars for 18 days !!!!!! We still did not get any refund...
It´s unsafe and a loss of time, money and energy to go through Wicked Campers.
Nice vehicle, comfortable, clean, tent was broken.
Great quality/price offer, easy pickup locations. Best deal we found for a two week trip planning to do both islands in New Zealand. Only inconvenience is the offensive language painted on, but we were lucky enough to get a discreet one.
I had no problem with this company, only it will be good if they have more places (cities) where you can return the vehicle.
We are pleased with how the car runs, it does the job. Functionality is good, having a simple kitchen, a bed and outdoor chairs. However, some of the kitchen gear was in bad shape or broken.
The cheapest vans we found. The cars are a bit old bur works well and are very comfortable. I recommend.
Horrible experience-never again!
Although it was cheaper than other renting companies I wouldn't recommend booking with them. Pick up location in Queenstown is 20min away from the airport (extra $35 per taxi) and we waited 2h in a backyard for our car! The car was ok, but the fuel tank totally empty and the person who signed us up had no clue what he was doing. They told us about discounts at booking.com, which don't exist and at the drop off we learned that we've received a wrong car, which was not covered by insurance at all!
And the top of the disaster was that they charged us $55 extra for a late pick up fee although we were right on time!
Had some problems with our booking, took us ages to sort it out - bad service. Everything else is so far so good.
Pretty unorganised, most cars are very old. Car with rooftop tent is nice and that is what we had, so it did the job for us.
Good service and nice people.
Great van, very reliable so far!
A bit cheaper than the other companies, which are generally pretty ridiculous price wise. Only real downer was the windscreen defogger did not work, so occasionally made driving a bit dangerous at times. Semi sounds like it is about to breakdown. At 300,000kms it is not a surprise!
Went to pick up the van without pre-booking and were driving out with a camper three hours later, friendly staff and good van. Emergency hotline however were not helpful when ringing for advice.
Awesome crew at the depot, sweet paint job on the van. Mixed reactions from locals but if they know, they know. Two thumbs up.
Our first car was old and full of mould. When we broke down (the third day), they changed our car for a better one. The lady where we picked the car up from was very unfriendly!
Cheap, friendly, but the vans are very old and in bad condition.
Poor quality van for the price! Although no problems so far! Some campsites turn us away due to the writing on the van! Long wait to pick up the van. Good kitchen facilities though in the van.
Wicked Campers are very cheap and therefore tempting but I wouldn't bother. The engine was fine in that it never broke down but it is old, noisy, extremely inefficient (400km on a tank of petrol!) and struggles on hills in anything over 2nd gear. Also, there was a panel on the outside that we had to duct tape down to stop it rattling as well as no rear windscreen wiper which isn't ideal when it's raining! We wanted something that was good to use to sleep in on the odd day when we weren't in motels/baches and it was OK for that but don't think you could really use this as an everyday sleeper as the 'kitchen' consists of a bottle of water with a pump going to the sink, a cool box and a camping stove. There is no power so you can't plug it in to a powered camp site meaning you can't keep food cool and can't leave phones etc. charging overnight. It also smells pretty musty on the inside so we had to cover it in febreze to make it bearable to sleep in. It's obvious what type of designs you get and if you're happy with that then it's fine but be prepared for some tasteless designs. It says on their website you can request a tame design which we did. I'm not sure if they listened but luckily our camper van had no rude slogans on it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not prudish in any way, but I just don't see the point in driving round the country in a van plastered in swear words! Its tasteless and unnecessary. Overall if you're over the age of 21 this probably isn't the campervan for you.
Hi, I'm a 24 y/o student from the Netherlands, and the experience I had with Wicked was so bad, that I took the effort to create an account and warn other people for it.
The past few weeks we have been driving around through New Zealand and although we had a wicked holiday, it wasn't because of the experience we had with Wicked Campers. I wrote an honest review which I unfortunately couldn't post due to the maximum amount of characters.
As soon as they noticed we got a fine with the van, it only took them a couple of hours to make sure to deduct 52 dollars from my credit card.
This all would have been acceptable if the bus and it's equipment would have been clean, if we would receive the van with enough petrol in it so we could make it to the nearest petrol station (which we didn't, and caused more hassle), and if the van didn't use a lot of petrol. In the end it turns out that although you pay more for a campervan from Jucy or Spaceships, in the end you end up with a better experience and losing less money.
Ranking points dropped on delivery, ie no bedding supplied, old uncleaned utensils and a well used vehicle are soon made up on cost of rental compared with others.
Nice staff and a fair price.
Van is sufficiently equipped, slept well in it. Curtains could have been better done - but does the job.
The car did not break down until now and the staff were nice but nothing special and a few things broken.
The van is in pretty good shape and the staff are friendly. But I would not say they do anything extraordinary or over the top to be considered amazing.
Inside of van very nice, clean, runs well, but has small fuel tank and was not able to pick what outside of van looked like but very satisfied throughout.
Van was in fairly good condition, bed large for two people. Kitchen area pretty useful. Painting on side of van scary and embarassing to drive around with. Very demonic, did not like it!
So far reliable, gets us from A to B affordably but it is not extremely well kept. Good fun for budget travelers.
Decent van, good for those traveling on a budget. Provides many good laughs and enjoyment for onlookers. Perhaps not the newest of cars.
NEVER EVER RENT A WICKED CAMPER - most importantly - after a day of waiting, entering our credit card details and only being able to talk to somebody very impolite on the phone who couldn't confirm our booking, we didn't even get a wicked camper.
BE CAREFUL: HEAPS OF HIDDEN COSTS, the price might seem to be the cheapest at the first sight, but if you add up all the additional costs they are more expensive
used a 2 seater campervan with 280.000km for 3 weeks. first car (4WD) had an awful smell, like a wet dog. had to return it after one day. got another dirty car, 2WD only. smelled little bit better. did a 2-hour-cleaning by ourself. got no refund on price differnce (2 - 4WD)! overall, most of the cars are very old. staff @ AKL so far ok and friendly. we won`t rent a wicked camper again.
Most important thing first: The car didn't break down.
We had an iconic 2 with 340.000 km on the meter. It ran ok, although slow uphill (started to smell like burning oil after a while uphill), and it even had a glass roof. The central locking was damaged and all locks had to be locked manually at each stop. It took quite a lot of gas (about 10l/100 km).The interior was quite smelly when we got the car, after some cleaning it got better. Beware, they do not supply pillows or clean lining, but they give you (dirty) stuff which other custumers have left behind if you ask. The kitchen was very basic, cutlery, plates and cooling box were rather filthy (we bought new plates). Beware, there are high hidden costs (e.g. high relocation fee, high booking deposit, 4% processing fee etc.). Even if you choose the best insurance package, there are MANY ifs and buts, so definetly read the fine print.
The staff at pickup and dropoff was rather unfriendly, but reasonably helpful. Office staff was nice (at least before booking).
All in all I would not rent Wicked again. Better pay a little more and get a quality car. E.g. check out Escape or Jucy campervans.
Worst experience renting a vehicle. The van broke down, and we received no help from the staff, even though we had bought insurance. The faulty vehicle was extremely dangerous to drive around the mountainous South Island, but our group had to drive 9 hours without repair to return the van on time in Queenstown.
The vans are NOT self contained, and you WILL get ticketed for parking anywhere. This means you have to park at campsite, which is an additional 10 dollars per person a night. This, coupled with the fact that it is a gas-guzzling van, makes the experience more expensive then renting a safe car and staying at cheap hostels.
The staff is incompetent and rude. While we were experiencing the problems in New Zealand, no one came to our aide. Afterwards, we were in contact with John, the president of Wicked, and we were promised a partial refunding of the trip. They never refunded us.
All in all... DON'T USE WICKED!
Ended up being quite expensive with hidden costs. Dodgy set up at the rental site (Penrose) Only open from 9-4 and closed on Sunday and public holidays so we had to rent the van for an extra day because of this. I do not suggest using their after hours return option as it involves parking the vehicle on the street and throwing the key over the fence and you are responsible for any losses. Also the insurance options are quite shady so read the fine print. The van ran fine but the mattress stunk of sweat and so did the curtains.
Few things are broken/unpolite staff.
Some things do not work, rest is all good.
Great way to travel around New Zealand. Lots of fun!
Awesome way to explore New Zealand.
Good vans. Handy. Cheap $1310 for one month, But poor pickup staff, unfriendly (Christchurch). Also you can feel the van is a bit old and it consumes a lot.
Current van is very old/feels unreliable. Have used other rentals before and found their vehicles of a higher quality. For the backpacker on a budget, however, Wicked gets the job done.
Gentle workers offering extension service via SMS that did not work. :-( Seat pillows (!?) may be washed between rentals, car battery was low.
Cool paintjob. Friendly guys at the Auckland depot. We did a 33 day trip, van was good value for the cost! Will do it again if I'm ever back in NZ.
You get what you pay for.
Thoroughly disappointed with our relocation deal with Wicked Campers. Basic facilities like RCD power cable are not provided and there is no option to rent a baby seat (we brought our own). Not very friendly and helpful staff (at both depots). Their best available insurance plan (read: one with least liability) has so many ifs and buts. So be watchful.
Would be ideal for budget backpackers. If you are willing to spend at least NZD 75 plus a day for camper rentals, i think it would be much better to enjoy your vacation even at some DoC sites with basic facilities. I will not recommend these guys! Rude and completely "i don't give a s**t to your concerns attitude".
Good quality and price ($1200 for 17 days).
Metour basic expectations, did not come with any specialities!
Perfect modern standard van for two persons, kitchenware and cooking included. Just fine for sleeping in and good driving standard. Only thing missing is linen for the bed. Beware of some hidden charges!
Wicked Campers responds:
Thanks for your feedback Sandra, we have now started offering Linen as a free extra in our NZ depots and removed some of our extra charges.
Slow uphill, not great on corners, fun exterior.
Good car. Day price is cheap but with one way fee etc difficult to calculate and all in all not as cheap as it looks on first sight.
For the money, it is good value. We paid peanuts but instead of getting monkeys we got an economical, comfortable ride with everything we needed to cook, relax and see the sites. Choice bro!!!!
Easy pick up, good service, for people under 25!!
Ralph & Marloes Meyers
Wicked 2 seater Toyota Estima, cheap, nice car, pretty clean. Does not take too much fuel. Easy company with regard to scratches and bumps.
Good van. Pick up address was very far from the centre of Queenstown.
Fun campervan, Wicked tried to overcharge us when we picked up the van. Would definitely advise travelling by campervan though.
What you pay is what you get. For cheap rate you get a modest vehicle that brings you where you want to go. Super flexible back office.
Cheapest but not the best.
Because it is old it struggles to get up hills, but the bed is uncomfortable and the storage is good.
Cheap campervan (good), but poorly equipped and a little bit dirty inside. Return on Sunday was not possible, so we had to pay for an extra day.
Budget wise - awesome!! Condition of vehicle - poor. Sleeping wear - poor. But for how much you pay it is good.
Everything worked, but there was a strange smell in it.
Price wise we found that the camper companies all were pretty similiar. We chose Wicked for the cool designs on the sides, but both our vans had less than average paint jobs, 2nd van had poor fuel economy.
Had heard horror stories about this company, the vans are tattier than others on the market but the price reflects this and they are laid back about small dents and scatches.
Much better than expected.
+ Reasonably new car. Well serviced, competitive price (cheapest we found) plenty of space (Toyota Estima).
- Advertised fridge is a chiller box, small water tank, $500 cancellation fee.
Ruben and Jetske
Good value for money. A camper is the way to go! Handy, but painting is a bit old.
Pick-up fine, office staff friendly and efficient. Fond of the van but it is fairly aged and greedy on fuel. Comfortable to sleep in.
Better set up than Australia, good welcome and brief in Auckland. Value for money, clean.
Only had it for a few days, everything working OK. Love the design of the car. Staff very friendly. Clean and supplied with enough kitchen stuff.
The campervan is small but ok. Driving in the van is easy, but some technical problems. The facilities in the van are minimalised (2 plates, 2 forks, bad pan).
Quite small but it's O.K as it was so cheap. Would have liked an electrical fridge though!
Barbara & Sven
It is a very good way of travelling if you want to save money and be flexible. Equipment (cutlery, could be more).
Just basic, but very cheap!
We got the 'Just Married' van. This provided much hilarity during our drive, and scored us many toots, and cheap deals for activities when we pretended to be honeymooning...
The van drove well, and was great for what we paid - it had worked out cheaper than a rental car. We never slept in it and probably would have gone insane if it was the only accommodation we had, as we had some awful weather... Being cooped up in a van that small would have been pretty average. But it definitely got us from A to B, and we had an excellent trip in it.
Good for the money. Poor kitchen equipment.
It's a nice experience, but the cars are a little bit dilapidated. A bit too expensive for what you get.
Cheap good van, basic. Not everything is provided, like blankets, pillows, pots and pans but that's what makes it cheap.
Don & Alice
The cheapest way to go your own way.
Car - 10, Equipment - 6, Staff - 9
Technically a great van!
Good price - funny design - really not brand new - bit dirty on the inside.
Not expensive but had to insist to have complete equipment ( for example, outdoor table.
good price but not as good stuff (cooker chair coolbox) like others
Travelling around NZ in a campervan is awesome if you love independence, can travel light and enjoy camping.
Rachel & Barak
The car is nice, working well and quite organised but... it is quite expensive. Renting a cheap regular car and sleeping in a backpackers (even double rooms) will be much cheaper.
Valerie Van Hemelrijck
Some problems starting engine in the mornings. Drives perfectly. Some mould in curtains, matresses. cheapest company.
they didnt have the van we booked 1 month in advance. We had to wait 2hrs pass our schedulled pickup time and the camping chairs provided were broken.
First camper broke down after 3 days.
If you're not complicated, take one!
Good campervan, good facilities but no diesel powered engine.
Everything you need is provided. No worries about small scratches and dents. Good value for money.
It does the job! Cheapest company, should have a table (esp in the rain). Never had any mechanical problems.
Cheapest price - but you only get what you pay for. Small van, mediocre technical condition plus dirty inside (perhaps a smoker before)
No information on NZ road laws, no road atlas. Not very helpful staff and not very comfy vans.
Been great fun, allows you total freedom to go where and when you want. Easy to find parks to camp overnight, finding your way ok with good maps (sites great to point you in right direction).
Nice staff at pickup station in Christchuch, cheaper than other companies. I don't feel like they would really care about me, service is not the best.
Although 'Wicked' and very good value, they aren't very helpful at giving you information such as maps and driving in NZ.
It's a very old campervan. When raining it comes inside. The exhaust is defective. The door sometimes not close and the horn doesn't go.
Friendly mechanics but seemed not serious sometimes, very old cars, they don't explain the car properly before you get them.
Cheap and just what we were looking for.
Easy to drive - not expensive - very easy inside with lot of boxs.
Pratical and small campervan.
Cheap + cheerful. Get what you pay for.
Cheap but very simple (and old). If we don't break down, it's great.
Easy driving. For tall people the sleeping place will probably be too small. Good price.
Good carmper. Very small for sleeping with 2 people. At least you have everything you need for cooking and sitting down - but no clean bed linen.
Mattress too thin. No cold place for food.
Very basic equipment provided but adequate for odd meal. Smallest vans excellent for 1 person, 2 would be crowded if extensive trip. Good value for money.
Really good and if you book in advance - cheap.
Battery problem, funny noises from the wheels. Really like the black sunroof!
Great option for low budget travellers!
Cheap and affordable, but they didn't come with the facilities advertised - eg the person before broke the table - the person after doesn't get a table!
Good cheap and funny camper. Only problem is the lack of space and cold breezes at nights.
No problem with the camper at all. It's good.
Good vans, although a very long wait when getting them and we got the oldest one around.
Has been OK, but not great. Little bit dirty inside, had some trouble with the brakes. But cheap!
Cheapest we could find, no problems so far.
Apart from gulping a whole bunch of petrol, it's not too bad.
All good so far! Price was good.
They've been great.
Has been pretty good so far, a couple of small things have gone wrong but that is ok.
Value for money - it's the cheapest. It's old worn and some things were dirty when we got it, like the utensils.
We picked our van up from Christchurch, we waited over 3 hours, the office person was off sick so it was a bit disorganised, think we just thinked a bad day though! We were one of the first to use our camper so there was no problems with that! i would love to hire from these guys again tho the vans are so cool and the staff were really nice!!!
Good. Car broke down on out first day. Got new car which is good, but the company could be better.
Good value for money - cheaper than a hire car but safety issues with a van. $70 a day.
Happy with camper, but had to pay a deposit for enquiry!
