Great trip. Half day kayak / half day walk. Picked up from accommodation and dropped off. Made us frothy hot drinks on the beach - Impressive!! Really nice guys.
Lots of fun. Guide was the best, well worth what we paid.
Very easy to deal with, nice and relaxed. Did all the safety briefings required with some humour. Slightly cheaper than all the other companies. The weather was on and we had a fantastic day on the water.

Kahu kayaks - southern blend kayak tour - was a great short kayak tour which got us into the abel tasman national park without leaving us too exhausted to enjoy it. we were travlling as a 3some with a young child who kayaked with the guide and was treated very kindly. Highlights were the friendly guide and fellow kayakers and the awesome coffee we were served on a deserted island to warm us up after one leg of our trip. Thanks Kahu we will be back!
This is a 'real' small business and by real I mean the real thing. These guys live to get people out on the water and experience what they clearly love about Abel Tasman. By a stroke of luck they were recommended by Steve at Top 10. He said they are the best of the bunch. Steve was great as well as Tony but Lucus our guide was top notch he could spot wildlife a mile a way and knew detailed info about each animal. They take pride in getting you out on the water before other groups and seeing the most while providing the best experience.
Freedom kayaking, safety instruction and good equipment.
Full day guided trip. Amazingly friendly, helpful staff. Get to see everything from seals, beautiful scenery and local wildlife. Perfect day.
Really informative guides, highly recommended.
Worth hiring a kayak solely for the most hilarious safety talk we've ever heard - and that's not to say they aren't a safe company or in any way don't take it seriously. They just have the most fantastic ways of making it all memorable...
Oh, and our day of free-kayaking from these guys led us to the most amazing experience with 7 very inquisitive and playful seal pups who played around (nearly all over!) our boat for hours. The Kahu guys mentioned there were some pups in this place - we'd done a guided tour before who hadn't gone anywhere near, so we'd have missed it altogether without them. So thanks Kahu!
(The food truck out front is also wicked for post-kayak food: yum)
Very good. Helpful, informative guide (Lucas). Our boat had minor steering fault.
Kayak tour in the Abel Tasman National Park. Amazing tour (seen very young seals around our kayak), very good guides, nice lunch. Everything fine!!
Half day tour, excellent value for money. Guide very helpful + skillful.
Friendly staff, included launch, good guidance. Too expensive.
