These pools are quite new and have recently become my fav hot pool experience in the South Island.
You have to book a 2 or 4 hour session time. This limits the crowds, which I appreciate. They're never packed full. I reccommend the 2 hour time, that's always been plenty for us.
The pools are done so well. If you're looking for a quieter option without the kids, the Tranquility Pool option might be for you. The Discovery Pool allows kids and has more action. Our kids love this place.
Drop a 'Rankers' promo code manu to save 10% on top of the usual rate. What's a Manu? Well you can only do these in the Discovery Pool and I'm not sure if they're even officially allowed, but I've seem them done cheeeeaaarr in the plunge pool :)

Loved this hot pool!
The facilities are really clean and brand new, great family changing rooms. Staff is helpful and really friendly.
The pools are divided in 2 parts; one is for adults only. The discovery pools welcome kids and have a few water gun things to keep them busy. There’s also a cave part with some twinkle lights for a magic touch.
You book sessions of 2 hours, this is to divide the guests and make sure they can still have a tranquil experience.
There’s also a little cafe on site with good options of food and fruits at a decent price.
Overall, this is one of our favorite hot pools experiences in NZ. And we’ve been to many 😉
