Wellington's only craft beer complex with 5 venues all located in one destination. With four craft breweries on site and a boutique distillery you will be spoilt for choice.
After an epic day onsite and without having to drive anywhere stay with us, it is a 30 second walk back to your accommodation. Does not get much better than that. We have limited powered sites and unpowered.
There has been a craft beer explosion throughout New Zealand and the Hutt Valley is no exception. Enjoy a day experiencing award winning craft beer and food matches to satisfy any appetite.
Located only 40 minutes from Wellington in the South Pacific Industrial Park, Brewtown has reinvented the old Dunlop Tyre Factory into craft beer heaven.

What a great destination, very lucky to be able to park up here. Many thanks & we will be back 😃
Brewtown Upper Hutt is open for business… Visit Website …now's your chance to take a closer look.
Great place to stay. Make sure you phone first. $10 each per night is great value. Awesome parking spaces. Restaurants and drinks available until 9.00pm
If you’re thinking.. hang on. Is that really a self-contained spot in the middle of five craft breweries? Can I really go eat and drink fabulous beer and then retire to my campervan?
Yes. Yes it is, and yes you can.
Just spent two nights here mid-week. Phil and Anita and co were great, the beer and breweries are great, the experience is great. Breweries open up in the afternoon and close by nine or so, so there’s plenty of time to get around to everything, and still quiet for a good night’s sleep.
One of my favorite spots - I’ll defintely be stopping by again on my way back North!
Note: Do give a ring or send a request through the website before turning up, and make sure it’s available. They often have bigger events, and it’s more of a spot on the side of what they’re doing than a proper campground.
But if you can make it work, Brewtown is a *wonderful* place to spend a night or two.
