Great spot just opposite the beach. Fantastic views with public jetty about 100m away. Start of Queen Charlotte’s walkway. Around 45 min to Davies Bay DOC camping site. Walk for another 4km or so to a fantastic picnic area and viewpoint - Grove Arm Lookout in total about 4 hrs return to Anakiwa well worth the effort.

Real nice view! Right on the water, good hikes nearby. If you have a tent, pack a nights feed take a 1 hour hike and camp on beach. Blood great spot, think there was a toilet somewhere but I didn’t use it.

Seriously one of the most beautiful places in the northern Sounds, better than the 2 free spots on the Kenepuru Road (we stayed there as well). It's located at the end of the main road, at the starting point of Queen Charlotte Track. Quiet, clean and right in front of the beach.
