Top Ranked Awards 2015 Skydiving Winner
Rankers NZ presents awards to this years outstanding experiences, as voted by travellers to New Zealand.
A Top Ranked NZ award is quite different to any other. This time tourism operators have been assessed by the most important critic of all - the Independent Traveller.
Top Ranked NZ awards are presented annually to tourism experiences and operators which have displayed a consistently high ranking score throughout the year.
The Top Ranked NZ Awards reflect the voice of the people that have recently travelled New Zealand.
From all the category winners, a bunch are selected for our 'Supreme Award.' These, from over several categories, will have faced top competition from all other winners. Fair to say, that each 'Supreme Award' is mighty well earned.
Aoraki / Mt Cook National Park - DOC Visitor Centre
A great location, but service always wins the day. The Aoraki DOC team have it going on :)
A top location. Penguins, Seals and a Lighthouse. Fill your boots....
Wharariki Beach Walk - Archway Islands
Wharariki wins at the Supreme stage for 6 years straight. Remote, raw goodness.

Oooops, I did it again....More Supreme wins than any other Tourism Operator in NZ. Well done Haka Tours!
The Pines - Lake Pukaki Overnight Campervan Parking - Hayman Road
Travellers often tell us that some of their best NZ experiences are free - but free things can be hard to find.
So we followed our noses around the country and collated a load of free things to do on rankers website and apps. We then asked the traveller to tell us which free experiences they thought were best.
Here's the results. Make sure you tick them off your bucket list!
Kerosene Creek - Natural Hot Pools
Shag Point / Matakaea - Yellow Eyed Penguins and Seal Viewing
Sandboarding - Te Paki Stream - Free
Wharariki Beach Walk - Archway Islands
