The cape: a few little walks along the coast and over the hill where you can go and see the little blue penguins and the yellow eyed penguin for free at dusk. Walk out along the pier and you might run into a big stinky seal as well......

The camping ground has a charm all of its own. My family and I have been going there since its humble beginings. The Jones's have done a remarkable job getting it to where it is today, but because of a few narrow minded people are being held back in doing more for their community.
The spirit is high amoungst regulars, the fishing trips are worth taking and the peacefulness is just great.
There always a good chat to be had round the Barbe of an evening. Aj's never short of a word

Just had 10 of the most fantastic days ever at this camping ground. The hosts bend over backwards to help. Always clean and well presented. Will be staying here again. I reccomend this camp to anyone wanting a true Kiwi camping experience the way it used to be.
